voucher for going fiber?

Hi, have the full fiber installed in December and still waiting for my voucher for the inconvenience of the installation. Can you tell me when it will be emailed please. The emails said within 45 days, passed that now

The voucher is for £40. I still am waiting. Really not very happy as it was installed in December. I have rang a help desk and they said I had to wait another 60 days as the copper line has not been disconnected yet so I have two types of line now coming in and that is why the voucher has not been sent. Can’t say the internet is any faster since having City Fiber in to install the latest all singing and dancing internet. Talktalk also sold this too me by saying the copper lines were being switched off at the end of 2024 and we should swap now, as at the end of the year it will be impossible to get an engineer out to swap install fiber optic cables. The City Fiber chaps that came to fit it said this wasn’t true at all. So not only have I not got a voucher for the day off work I had to take, I also have lost 3 favorite and established plants that the chap had to dig up to lay the cables. These were ones I planted in memory of my late Father. I also have a damaged flag stone as they lifted it to put the cable under it and put it back upside down and now it is wobbly. Ok, rant over, where is my voucher? If you would like to restore my faith in Talktalk you could make sure said voucher is doubled and emailed to me asap AND credit my account with £28.
