Hi,
I signed up for full fibre 500 at the end of April 2022 with the understanding that I would receive a £100 gift voucher within 35 or 39 days. Nothing received up to now (12/July/2022).
I've just contacted customer services, and apparently there is nothing in my notes to say I am due a voucher at all, and will have to wait another 10 days for the matter to be escalated, I have been waiting for nearly 3 months already.
Can anyone help with this matter?
