Is it possible to "arrange for Wi-Fi optimisation technology to be switched off" on my line please?

Please can you create a new thread/topic on the Community, we can then turn the WIFI optimisation off for you.

Staff can do this for you, @Adam1978, you can't do anything yourself other than leave the router on meanwhile.

How do you turn off WIFI optimisation as I have set the router to channel 11 and 24 hours later it reverts back to channel 1 which both my neighbors are using
