I am a talktalk costumer for almost one year.
Many months ago I started using VPN (Windows 10) between my house (with talktalk) and my office( another country). For a few months the access ran normal. Suddenly stop working. I tried a different internet provider in my house and the VPN connection start working again. When i returned to talktalk in my home, stop again. In that time I went into talktalk chat and asked for a solution. In few minutes the agent replaced my modem firmware and the VPN started working again. My VPN has continued to work normally until now.
A few weeks ago I move to a new house. Talktalk then sent me a new modem.
Unfortunately the VPN problem returned. In the same way as before, I checked with another internet provider and my VPN worked perfectly. The VPN only fail when I use talktalk.
I went into talktalk forum and this problem seems to be well know. The solution is change the firmware.
I have urgency of that. The solution seems to be simple.
Please update my modem firmware.

I've updated the firmware for you, try the VPN Now.
We have a campaign running over the rest of October / November to update firmware to a new version going forward so this should not be an issue for you in the future.
