How do I speak to a human being please - I live in a village have no signal for mobile service - yet when I ring you it is necessary to put a mobile number in - OBVIOUSLY I CAN'T I haven't a mobile.
A COMPLAINT NO CMP 832563 HAS BEEN RAISED BY NOKANDA ON YOUR CHAT LINE - SINCE USING THIS SERVICE I AM UNABLE TO LOG OUT.
STILL NO CONTACT FROM ANYONE RE THE COMPLAINT EITHER - SHE DID NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT I WANTED AND FRANKLY IT WAS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE. NOW I HAVE RECEIVED AN EMAIL STATING WHAT HAS BEEN DONE BY HER - WHICH IS COMPLETELY INCORRECT MY ACCOUNT SHOULD NOT BE £3.00 MORE PER MONTH - IT SHOULD BE £10.00 LESS.
