Hi,
I have recently moved into a flat (within a block of flats), and I am trying to establish broadband there.
When going through the TalkTalk checkout, my address isn't provided as an option for the engineer to visit.
Other flats in the building are provided, but not all of them, and not mine. The address comes up when initally seeing if I can get TalkTalk, is within the Royal Mail system, and the Openreach system. The building is not new either, at least 10+ years old.
Any suggestions? As we are just trying to buy broadband from you and we cannot!
