Seems every home moving user faces this issue, I am facing this issue since past 1 week.
Earlier I too had an update from Talk Talk support, saying there was a previous connection existed on my line, that needs to be disconnected beforehand starting the new service connection.
When I tried to login onto my TalkTalk user account from talktalk.co.uk site, was not able to login, but site was allowing me to reset the credentials as many times requested, and denied login every time after the password resets.
On next call, got another update, that the BT had disconnected the old service, so that I would get the service started by 1st July 2021. After waiting till the early hours of 2nd July, am writing this tread. Hope issues resolves by <<EOD>> 2nd July 2021.

The provisioning orders have not yet completed. If these are not completed by end of today, then this will need to be chased with our provisioning teams and Openreach to get an update for you.
