I am also in the same boat, I've been wasting my time being past around on the chat for over 2 hours. I have not received the Alexa or voucher. Is there anyone that can help?

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
