Hello. More than 90 days have paseed and I still didn't get my vaucher. I need to enter some details but it's asking me for provider reference which I don't have. Any idea where can I find it?

Agreed that it is odd that the staff don't appear to pick up the alert about PMs not being enabled, @I8this.
They are not responsible for how the software of the site functions.

@Gliwmaeden2 @Evukxss @Arne-TalkTalk Not for the first time this is not enabled. Therefore begs the question why the Support Staff do not ensure that all OP,s PM settings are enababled before they send a PM

@Arne-TalkTalk, @Evukxss'a Private Message facility has not yet been enabled.
@Evukxss, this needs to be facilitated by staff before you can use the Private Message facility to read or respond to messages in your profile area.
It will be tomorrow now before they pick this up again.

@Evukxss when you are logged on here click your avator and you should see on the right hand side in the top bar an envelope type icon, click on that and the PM should be there

Unfortunately I'm having a problem with reading my mail. Every time I click on it it tells me to log in. But I use "email me the link to log in option" which is not given there. Any idea how to sort this?
