I signed up last month and was promised a £100 amazon voucher when my order was confirmed. I  know it takes up to 90 days but it also says as soon as talk talk confirm the broadband is purchased and has gone live, which both have happened.

 

do we know how long it takes or when talk talk sends the information to giftcloud?

You can check with giftcloud at email address  hello@giftcloud.com  but it does take 90 days after the order is accepted  before it is issued.

Ensure your community forum profile details are complete, via your avatar/name; settings; drop down menu; Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.
