Band 2 (5ghz) disabled - unable to enable

We've had a lot of issues with our broadband connection recently, and our router is showing that the Band 2 (5ghz) is currently down.

 

I've been on technical chat and got no where with this, can anyone please advise?

Have you tried factory resetting the router using the pin hole reset for ten seconds?
