Blocking PASV FTP server

This week I switched from Virgin Media to talk talk fiber 150. I am using my own Google WiFi router. Following the switch to talk talk my offsite hardware is unable to connect to a PASV FTP server operating on my home network. Does talktalk block any port ranges or FTP protocols?

As the FTP server is on your home network, have you added port forwarding rules for TCP port 21 and as you are using it in Passive mode, have you added the range of ports that the FTP server uses for the FTP-DATA protocol? This range of ports is defined within the configuration of the FTP server.

Hello,
We don't block any ports. What equipment has changed? Are you using a Openreach modem or are you FTTP and are using an ONT? Does it work if you use the TalkTalk router?
Thanks
