Hi there, ever since yesterday I have noticed something quite out of the ordinary happening with our wifi connection. It has been fine for months and I would say close to perfect, but ever since yesterday it has been having these quick spikes kicking us off things that we are using and our MS on certain applications like discord going to over 5000.

I was just wanting to know if there's an issue going on in my area? or just in general as I cannot get onto the live chat to talk about the issue as it is telling me that all the Agents are busy.

It is not just contained to one of my devices either, it seemingly effect's every device in the house at once during one of these spikes.

Hi Nathan

The router is on its way, please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive.

Let us know how the connection compares with this router.

Thanks again,

Debbie

Hi Nathan

This would be a Sagemcom WIFI hub, will this be ok?

Hi there, that would be splendid.

We are currently on the full fibre plan with the sagecom router, although I'm not sure what model we are meant to have.

Would you be able to check that for me too if possible? We've had a few salesmen from talk talk come around and talk about the new WiFi 6 one on the full fibre plan so it's confused me a little bit too.

But we are currently using the Sagecom Talk Talk router.

Hi Nathan

Thanks for your reply.

I've completed a line test which is clear. Would you like me to send a replacement router for testing so we can rule this out?

We usually always have it turned on because it's recommended to do so if I'm thinking correctly.

Hello,

I'm sorry for the delay. Is your router currently switched off?

Thanks

Iv tried resetting the gateway on my router and rebooting it to no luck, I'm really not sure what else I can do.
