My router lights are all green, I've tried restarting it and resetting it, but none of my devices will connect to the internet. It says the connection is there but nothing will load. Not on computers, game consoles or phones... but with one weird exception- it still lets me call people on snapchat! So weird. Please fix it, I barely have any data left and I'm desperate!!

@punchy1999, sadly there is no forum staff support at weekends.
If you can find a public wifi spot you should be able to save on data and try to reach Chat meanwhile.

Can someone please look at the exchange and get it fixed, I'm desperate as I hardly have any money and I'm paying for lots of data on my phone

I didn't know, my mum just
told me I had to post my phone number for them to fix it.. I thought it was a bit weird but I don't actually have a phone so I don't know

I suspect your post was quarantined as a safety measure because you had included your phone number. You should never post such information in public.
If you would like the support team here to look into this for you make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number and/or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) where only you and they have access so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond.
