Broadband connection frequent line dropouts

Hello

Can anyone tell me if there is anything wrong with TalkTalk broadband services in the North London area?

I am finding that my connection is subject to frequent dropouts. Whilst these are short-lived, they are becoming annoying and affect streaming services.

Whatever the cause of the line dropouts, they appear to have stopped. Perhaps there was some maintenance over the Easter weekend?

I'm assuming you have tried rebooting your router and leaving it off for 30 minutes first though.

There is nothing reported on the service status page.

 

Also there is no staff presence on the forum any longer so you will need to phone or chat to resolve.
