Hi my broadband has started dropping. I was trying to find out if I can get WiFi extenders or boosters from talk talk,. Is there anywhere I can order from the website or do I need to call.

Hi @Max__6

I'm sorry to hear this.

Please can you add your name and TalkTalk landline number to your Community Profile, we can then take a look at this for you.

Thanks

"Dropping" usually means intermittent loss of connection, @Max__6.

..... or dropping speeds.

Extenders / boosters deal with reach.

If there's no WiFi at the time from the router, they are not going to help. Do you mean it doesn't reach certain corners of the house but seems fine closer to the router?
