On Fibre 65, speed is usually about 70mbp, the last week it has been between 7 and 20 today. Have gone through all the suggested fixes and nothing is making it any better

Hi Michelle, Just done that.
Test 1 through talk talk, speed to router 11Mbps
Test 2 through talk talk, download speed 26Mbps
I done a further test through an independent speed checker and got 10.0 Mbps

I've re-checked the connection stats and I can see that the sync speed has increased. Could you try powering down the router for a full 30 minutes and then run another speed test please as this will reset the current session and can often increase the throughput speed.

Speed has been averaging 10 - 20. Now using the test on talk talk, its showing on 5 to the router

Yes I have done the 30 minutes, and done a hardwired speed test, it went up to 40, but has now dropped to 25

I'm sorry to hear this and I will take a look now. I've run a test on the line which hasn't detected a fault. As you are getting slow wired speeds, then I will ask the TalkTalk support on here to deal with this.
