Hi - our broadband drops several times a day for no apparent reason, each time for no more than a minute or two. Yet, the line appears healthy and no apparent issues. Any advice/help would be welcomed.

I have sent a different make and model of router for testing, please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive.
Let us know how the connection compares with this router.

I'm really sorry to hear this.
I've completed a line test which hasn't detected any faults and the connection appears to be stable.
Would you like me to send a different router for testing to see how the connection compares?
