Hi , my router has given up. No lights, no power. How do I go about getting a replacement router? Cheers

Hi Hayman247

I'm sorry to hear this.

I have ordered you a replacement router, please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive.

Please let us know how you get on.

Thanks

Debbie

You need to complete your community forum profile details, @Hayman247, for staff to identify your account.

Please add your Talktalk landline number in your personal information by going via your avatar/name; settings; launch profile wizard.

Look out for a reply on here tomorrow.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link in the post at the top of any forum message board.
