Unable to connect to my workplace VPN, IT said its a talk talk issue and to connect to you as i may need a firmware update. can you look into this ASAP please

Our Devices Team have asked if you are able to confirm your VPN Protocol/SW Version, as this will help our Devices Team with their investigations?
