I used to be able to manage my broadband from the admin page but It suddenly stopped working for almost a year and the support team can't help

I have tried resetting 2x but no change and my router is the HG633

I know there's a mistake in the title but if I type in 192.168.1.1 which used to use for years it says "this site can't be reached"

@NsingiL if you aren't actually typing that extra DOT between 168 and the first 1 as spotted by @Divsec , then what error message do you get ?

 

What router do you have ?

 

Have you performed a full reset using the recessed button ?
