Can’t connect to wifi!

Hopefully you can help.
my laptop has always been connected without issue, not used it for a few days and all that happens when connecting it says “can’t to connect to this network”
tried forgetting network and start again but still the same issue.
all other devices are connected.
using latest router.
any suggestions please?

Please can you just elaborate:-
- Which make/model of router do you have, you say it is the latest, but that is probably one of four.
- Can you detect the WiFi network on this laptop?
- Do any other devices in the same room connect to the router OK via wireless? If so, which Wi-Fi band are they connected to (log into the router to find out).
- I will assume that you are using the correct WiFi password.
