Where to return router

Please can you advise where I send my router too? I have moved house and been having problems with my post. So I want to return it without the pre paid return pack as it won't get to me, if its been sent out. My contract ended on the 26th September, so I'm within my 42 days and I don't want to be changed for not returning it.

When you send it please keep a copy of the tracking number and I can add it to your account.

You'll have to pay the postage doing it under your own steam, @Jacklynn19.

Better to wait for staff to send a returns bag to your new address. 

Go via your avatar/name; settings. In Personal Information, scroll down to Private Notes. Put in your new address details and SAVE CHANGES.
