Can't log onto my account, webmail ok so not a password problem

Hi

When I try to log onto my account the screen goes to the boxes for email and password and then disappears in less than a second leaving a blank white screen. So no time to complete the log in details. I can get to my webmail ok though but whether this is relevant is unclear.

Can anyone advise why the log in box details just disappears please and how I can correct. I have already been able to change my password as the first step of log in problems, but this has made no difference.

is your version of Edge fully upto date?   we issues like this when updates are not accepted Safari is another one which has the same issue.

Wow, that worked using Chrome. I always use Edge so I don't know why I can't get in using that, but at least Chrome works fine. Thank you. If you have any ideas as to why Edge won't work I'd appreciate it. I checked and although Adblocker is in Edge it is switched off.

Can you try using a different browser, and also disable any ad blockers for our site.
