Cancel broadband

Hi, 
My broadband has been cancel because of my previous living address has outstanding debt with talk talk. My previous address was my parents house and not in my name so would it be possible to keep the broadband in my new address? Thank you,

If there is any query with the billing for a new account or order, you will need to speak with the sales teams to discuss this and agree a way forward.

Very confusing post.

If you have ordered the service at your current address in your own name then there cannot be a link to a previous address.

If it has been part of a Home Move, only the account holder can initiate the move, not you.

You'll need to be a lot more specific about the details.
