I would like to cancel my INTERNET subscription.

How should I proceed?

If you are moving to another provider they can usually instruct TalkTalk to cancel your broadband.

 

However, if you just wish to give a month's notice you need to phone and speak to the loyalty team.Try phoning 0345 172 0088

Even if you instruct a new provider, it would probably be best to phone to confirm you are leaving once you have placed the order.
