Hi,
I want to end my contract with you,
Have rang the helpline in the past,
To be asked to provide email and telephone number which I can't provide because I have changed both of these and can't remember the number/email address.
I do have my account number on my bank statements, but apparently this was no good to log into my account.
Please can you help?

@Mharp123, the email address should match the one that receives online bills.
If you go to the forum menu and then "help with your service" / Service Status Dashboard / Visit My Connection, when that loads, you should be able to see your Talktalk landline number at the top of the page.

Plug in a handset and dial 17070 and your phone number will be read back.
