Hi Tjc2021uk

If you follow the advice given and verify you are entering the correct password and it is not working, try a pin reset of the router - hold a pin or paperclip in the reset hole at the back for 10 seconds and this will fully reset the router.

Thanks

Karl.

@Tjc2021uk as above, check your are using the correct password of the TWO printed on your router.

On some models the one you require is underneath the pull out card that has the WiFi password on it.

Has this just happened suddenly?

Were you able to get access previously?

Are you sure you are using the correct password?

Have you changed the password from the default one?

Have you tried a factory reset of the router as this should reset the admin password to the default (although bear in mind it will also reset any other changes you have made)?
