Capped Broadband Download Speed

Hi I used to have faster download speeds available, but I appear to be now capped at exactly 60mbps ! , which I find quite frustrating. Can this be uncapped to provide my full speed as before please? Thanks.

Hi Debbie, 

Until recently my router was syncing at 72 mbps 

Since this has changed to 60 the connection can be choppy at times and can also be slow which never happened before even with a few people connected on the network.

What speed were you previously receiving? (when running speed tests)
