Chromecast connections

Hi

 

Despite reinstalling home, resetting my router and Chromecast the home app is failing to show Chromecast as a device and I am unable to cast via it. The Chromecast is connected to the TV. Any advice would be appreciated

I am sorry, but I cannot give advice on a non-TalkTalk router. Has this router had any firmware updates recently? You would be better off discussing this with ZYXEL tech support.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. What make/model of router are you using? What home app is this?
