As per other posts, over the past few weeks I’m having the same issue with Anyconnect not working. Talk talk keep telling me to speak to my IT department at work. However the issue is with talk talk as per multiple other posts. So I’m going round in circles.

I've made a change to your router firmware, please can you retest?
Our Devices Team have asked if you are able to confirm your VPN Protocol/SW Version, as this will help our Devices Team with their investigations?

Which make/model of router do you have & what is its current firmware version (go to the router login page & it is shown at the bottom left of the page - no need to login)?
