  • I haven’t had internet access on my works laptop since Tuesday. The IT Techs at work say that Cisco VPN is not working through the router and it relates to a Firmware update on the router. Could an update be sent to the router to resolve the issue?

Add your account details in your community forum profile and staff should be able to tweak the firmware for you during the day, @Scotty25.

 

Go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu....Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.
