My work IT desk advised that the latest change to Talk Talk routers meant Cisco could not connect. and they gave me a link to the forum.

This is a known issue and the support team here should be able to help. They will be back online in the morning. It will help if you make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number and/or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond. There is no need to start additional topics in the meantime.
