Ciscp VPN not working

Hello

 

I have been unable to work from home due to the above issue which I understand is a known Talktalk issue, please can Talktalk advise if this is being fixed and the timescale for this as I will need to change broadband provider if you cannot provide facilities to allow me to work from home.
