Hi,

 

I am moving out of my current house of  XXXXXX at the end of July.

 

i want to close my account with you please, 


last time you charged me twice and I haven’t received the refund yet!

 

 

My account is also in credit of £10.

I have removed your address from public display, as otherwise the whole world will know it's a vulnerable property when you move. 

 

That sort of information should only be in the profile area of the community. 

 

If there's a residual amount in credit after your final bill is issued, you need to claim it back via My Account. Leave your Direct Debit details in place to facilitate this.

You cannot close your account on the forum. Staff hete have no authority to do so, neither do Chat who will arrange a call back so you  will be best to phone and speak to the Loyalty team.
