So far I have spent more than 6 hours in chat rooms and on the phone trying to get a complaint resolved.  Is there anyone who actually cares

No, it’s about the appalling service received, engineers who never appeared, and compensation for the hours I have spent trying to resolve the issue.  Hours in chats, literally, being repeatedly transferred with no one able to help.  On 4-5 occasions.  Absolutely appalling

@Minmocroft, please look out for replies from staff during the day. 

 

They are on here early in the morning till c 4pm or so. 

 

If it's primarily about technical problems with your service we can leave this thread here.

 

If it's more about the billing, we can move it to a different message board. Just needing that clarification for your issues to reach the right member of staff.

Appalling service. 2 missed engineer visits. Incorrect billing.  Inability for anyone to deal with it.  Hours spent in chat bots / phone calls being randomly transferred from one department to the next

Hi @Minmocroft yes lots of people but they are all on the way home and won't be back till Monday.
