When I log into my router, the internet speed to the router is showing 67Mbps, however when I do a speed test on any of my devices, I cannot get more than 30Mbps, even with a wired connection and only one device active.
I was getting 50+ Mbps only a few weeks ago.

Hi,
It seems this has solved the problem, speeds are now 58mbps again. Thanks for you help!

Morning,
Thanks for confirming. I've run a test on the line now which is clear and the sync speed looks consistent. Could you try powering down the router for a full 30 minutes please and then try another speed test as this will reset the current session and can often increase the throughput speeds?
Thanks

Hi Michelle,
It seems to be a permanent drop, I've rebooted the router a number of times and the speed is consistently 28-30Mbps.
When I log in to the router dashboard, it says that the internet connecction is 67mbps as below, so it looks like an issue with the router?

Hello,
Can I just confirm, is this permanent or intermittent? Does the speed improve if you reboot the router?
Thanks

Does it get worse in the evenings when people are at home?
