Who think talk talk lie to customers...well I do ...on moving home 7 months ago I got told there was no broadband available at the address so was but on normal broadband snd had yo pay more than my previous package still at the address and our broadband is terrible...as 0.19 download and 0.75 upload no t.v. as stream it all....getting fed up with talk talk .....at last they have told me but only because I said about F.O.T.P that have offered me a deal.....have to wait 1 month for openreach to come to see if they can install it as there no cabinet fibre in the area ...and guess what more money ....so let's see what happens...no compensation offered until after my issue is resolved....hmmm
