Cancel Service

Hi,
I would like to cancel my service. I got an email saying a letter would be sent to my address with info about ending my contract but I have recently moved out so will not have access to that letter.
Would it be possible to get this information sent to a different address or even my email address with this info and the address for returning my hub etc.

Staff here are unable to deal with cancellations.
You will need to speak to the Loyalty Team
0345 172 0088 is currently working. Say "Loyalty Team" or "leaving TalkTalk" or "cancel TalkTalk" when prompted and you should get through to someone to talk to.
You may though have to listen to a few lengthy recorded messages, but if you persevere you should get through to someone.
