I am sick to death of your costumer service as I have tried since day one to get help!! Your promised me 68 meg and I cannot work with 10!! and all I get is no answer to my original problem, but yet you are charging me for a service which is CRAP!! I stated in the first place that I am NOT happy with 10 meg download. I want to council this account asap.

Did you end up cancelling your service?

 

If you actually want staff on here to look into your speed issues, you'll need to update your profile details as Chris has advised.

Hi Quacks,

 

I'm sorry to hear that you're unhappy with your service. As Ally has said, you will need to contact our Loyalty team if you'd like to leave but if you'd like us to look into your speed issue just let us know and could you update your community profile to include your:

 

  • Name
  • Telephone number
  • Alternative contact number

We'll then look into this further. Please do not post this information on this thread. Once you've updated your profile please post in your topic to confirm it's updated.

Assuming you mean cancel, rather than council, you'll have to do that by phone.
