I am sick to death of your costumer service as I have tried since day one to get help!! Your promised me 68 meg and I cannot work with 10!! and all I get is no answer to my original problem, but yet you are charging me for a service which is CRAP!! I stated in the first place that I am NOT happy with 10 meg download. I want to council this account asap.

Assuming you mean cancel, rather than council, you'll have to do that by phone.
