Credit received at the time of registration

Hi 

i just wanted to check on the credits I have been offered when I registered for my current broadband plan.

i have been told that I wont ne charged for next 2 months bills, as I have credits offered which I will be using.

however my account been charged yesterday with 33 pounds towed 1st month bill for my broadband.

I cant see any notes on the account.
