Just an update, I had some excellent customer service and support on live chat yesterday.

A new router is on its way.

Thank you to all how replied to my posts and gave their time.

If it's general then staff here can look at on the forum. If it's specific they may be able to do by PM, but in general I'd try Chat or phone to discuss as it may be sensitive to put on the open forum.

Is this in connection with your router / connection issue?

 

What form of customer service do you want? Staff here have been helping as have agents you have been phoning, so you will need to elaborate on your comment.

 

If you want to make a formal complaint, then follow the complaints procedure at the foot of each web page, but please note once you go down this route no other staff here, or in any other service department can interact with you on your complaint issue.
