Hi folks, looking for some help. My D-Link has stopped working. The receiving unit is still operational but the base unit will not power on, meaning the receiving unit doesn’t work.

I have tried the base unit in a few different plug sockets but it’s dead. How can I go about getting a replacement?

Thanks in advance!

Hi

TalkTalk no longer provide powerline adapters.  these were older technology used when connecting up the older youview TV boxes.  As the new TV Hub will work over Wi-Fi, TalkTalk no longer have stock or provide any powerline adapter.

Thanks

Karl.

Thanks for the advice ferguson - I've updated my profile now and will hopefully get an idea of next steps from the support team this week.

I honestly don't know if TalkTalk provide powerline adapters any more. But if you would like the support team to look into this for you make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond. Bear in mind that they won't be back online until Monday.
