Thanks for the Private Message.

The router is on its way, please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive.

Yes I’ve rebooted the router several times

ive tested the line myself and it appears fine.

since we had talktalk installed there has always been an issue but i thought it was because for the first 2 weeks it takes time to settle, then the storms, but now it is worse than it was.

my daughter is unable to revise for exams because wifi connection to our mobile telephones and youtube etc doesn’t work

could the router be faulty perhaps?

thank you

Hi Jewels22

Thank you.

The line test is clear and your line is showing in sync and connected.

What happens when you try to connect? Have you rebooted the router?

Thanks

Hello

thank you for replying

the white light stays on

Wifi isn’t working on mine and my daughter’s phone at all.

unable to watch netflix etc because no connection

No wired connections on anything because we rely on wifi

Hi @Jewels22,

Can you explain exactly what problem you are having ?

If your connection is dropping do you know if the problem is with the router losing its connection to the internet (in which case a light on your router which is normally constantly lit will change colour or flash), or is it that you are losing Wi-Fi connection between your device(s) and your router (in which case the light(s) on the router will just carry on looking normal).

Do you have any ‘wired’ devices, do they also lose connection ?

The TalkTalk Support Team on this community will be able to help, they will hopefully be able to respond to this post tomorrow.
