Employment works app no longer opens

I use Blue Yonder Workforce app on my iPhone. It always worked fine until a month ago. Now, it will not open when I use my home broadband. My friend installed the app on her android phone and it is the same here in my house. However they both open the app if we use any other broadband elsewhere. Can someone advise me please?

Morning Ian,

 

I'm glad to hear this and thanks for confirming. Powering down the ONT for 30 minutes usually clears the current session and can often help with performance issues.

Hi Ian,

 

Thanks for updating your profile. Could you switch the ONT and router off and leave them off for at least 30 minutes, then switch back on and retest. Please let us know how you get on

Please see screenshot. I have contacted my HR  and IT dept but they have said everything is correct at their end.
