Every day I find all my stuff that is connected to my WiFi has gone off line. It never happened before I changed to talk talk. If I’m away from home I can’t view any of my cameras until I come back and switch it off and on again. I’m fed up with it now. And wish I hadn’t changed. I’ve tried switching off the 5g incase it was interfering with things on the other band but it made no difference. My phone disconnects as well so I have no WiFi calling. It’s just not acceptable. Any advice on what I can do.

Hi Chris. I’m afraid I’m having problems again with all my stuff disconnecting from the WiFi. It’s been fine for a few day but suddenly it’s just disconnecting all the time again. This is very frustrating. I’ve also noticed my TV pixelating which shouldn’t be happening with fibre.

Hi Michelle. I’m delighted to say everything has been fine. I haven’t had anything go offline all weekend and I haven’t had to restart the WiFi at all. So hopefully it’s sorted. I’ll update again further down the line but for now thanks for your help 😊

Hi Chris. I don’t know what’s changed but nothing went off last night. I haven’t had to restart the WiFi this morning. I’ll see how it performs now over the weekend. Thanks 👍

I've started the upgrade, it should complete in a few minutes, please don't switch off your router

OK, is it OK to do it now, the router will lose the internet connection for a few minutes?

Hi Chris. Yes I’ll try anything to solve the issue as it’s getting very annoying now. I went off again last night and nothing would connect, I tried to do a speed test but it just kept hunting to find a provider.

Hi Tomcat13,

Thanks for updating your profile. There's another router firmware version available, do you want to give it a try?

Can you please update your community profile to include your:

We'll then look into this further. Please do not post this information on this thread. Once you've updated your profile please post in your topic to confirm it's updated.
