FAST 5464-2.T4 no longer enables Wifi-calling on Android mobile phone

I've reached out to 3 agents via live chat, but none have rolled back the firmware yet. I've also, called the support line who I've explained the issue to yet again and no rollback. Please can the firmware be rolled back asap so I can work!
