How long will it take for myNEW service to go live.I have called and reported it.I just joined talk talk yesterday and it has not worked since I left virgi media. I have no landline

If you start your own thread (new message), we’d love to help.

 

We’ve found that posting in someone else’s conversation makes it harder to follow when looking for an answer.


It’s easier and quicker if we can chat with you in a single thread, if you start your own thread, that will keep our community organised and help others with a similar problem.

 

Check your home phone number or account number are also added to your Community Profile as that will really help us to find your details quicker.

I opened a fault 2 days ago but there is still no conclusion. My internet signal does not reach our loft so working from home is proving very difficult for my wife and me. When will this issue get resolved?

Can you please update your community profile to include your:

 

  • Name
  • Telephone number
  • Alternative contact number

Staff here work normal office hours, Monday to Friday.

 

Have you reported this elsewhere, by phone or chat?

If you are unsure of your phone number, you can find this in My Account or dial 17070 from your landline phone and this will confirm the number for you.
You can also add your account number in the private notes field, which only you and the support staff can view.
