I have had an engineer visit booked in now for over a month and they are supposed to be coming Friday for my go live day. When checking my account to double check the time slot it now says the status is rejected? I haven’t cancelled and I haven’t received any communication to say it’s been cancelled on their end. Why would it say rejected now? Am I still going to get the visit on Friday?
