Faulty Broadband router

I am a new customer who received a faulty router over a week ago. I sent an email today pointing out that despite phoning, using the 'chat' and speaking to an engineer, nothing has been done. I don't want to 'chat' on line again, I don't want to 'call' again, so I would like to know whether my email will be read and dealt with?

Hi Swift/10
I'm sorry to hear this.
Please can you add your name and TalkTalk landline number to your Community Profile, we can then take a look at this for you.
Thanks
Debbie
